Tabuk Cement Co. signed today a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with International Tataloat Co. to export 6,000 tons of cement to Yemen, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The value of the deal was not disclosed.

 

The three-month MoU is effective immediately, it said.

 

There are no related parties and any developments will be revealed as they occur, the statement added.
