Jarir Marketing Co., which operates Jarir Bookstores, opened a new showroom in the Al-Kharj governorate at a total cost of SAR 24 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The 4,460 square metres store marks Jarir’s fourth addition this year and brings the retailer’s network to 45 stores in Saudi Arabia and 54 overseas.

 

Financial impact from the launch will show on Q4 2018 figures.

 

Saudi nationals represent 68 percent of the total staff in the new showroom, Jarir added.
