The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) implemented an increase in the amount of Bupa Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company’s securities for eligible shareholders, it said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

 

The general assembly of Bupa recently approved a board of directors’ recommendation to increase the share capital to SAR 1.2 billion from SAR 800 million through the distribution of 50 percent bonus shares, Argaam reported.
