Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) lawsuit against the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) has been postponed till until Jan. 14, 2019, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

During the hearing on Monday, Go’s representative submitted a memorandum to the court and CITC has requested time to respond, the statement said.

 

GO filed a lawsuit in August, seeking to reverse the CITC’s decision in May to reject the telco’s request for a unified license. The license allows operators to offer integrated telecom services including landline.
