Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development Co.’s board of directors accepted the resignation of Fahd Al-Rasheed, an independent director, effective from Dec. 16, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

Al-Rasheed, who joined the board as well as the audit and remuneration committee in April, tendered his resignation on Dec. 12 for personal reasons, Al Hokair added.
