Saudi Company for Hardware’s (SACO) daily trading fluctuation limit after its capital increase will be based on a share price of SAR 70, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

 

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit bonus shares into the investor’s portfolios before start of trading on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018.

 

In November, the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved SACO’s request to increase capital to SAR 360 million, from SAR 240 million, through the issue of one bonus shares for every two shares held.
