Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. has sold 264 fractional shares on Dec. 2, 2018 at SAR 70.50 per share for a total of SAR 18,612, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on Dec. 23, 2018, the statement added.

 

Last month, the company’s general assembly approved a 50 percent capital hike to SAR 1.2 billion from SAR 800 million through bonus shares, Argaam reported.
