The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) approved a request from the Ministry of Finance to list debt instruments reissuance worth SAR 1.29 billion tomorrow, Dec. 27.

 

The request was submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Tadawul said in a statement on Wednesday.

 

The Saudi exchange will raise the issuance dated Oct. 5, 2018 by SAR 300 million to SAR 2.73 billion.

 

The value of the issuance dated Oct. 7, 2018 will be increased by SAR 335 million to SAR 1.44 billion, while the issuance dated Oct. 10, 2018 will be boosted by SAR 650 million to SAR 2.37 billion.
