Halwani Bros. Co.’s board of directors has approved the resignation of the company’s chief executive officer, Saleh Ahmed Al Hefni, effective April 1, 2019.

 

Hefni submitted his resignation on Dec. 22, 2018, for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse filing.
