Qassim Cement Co. has appointed Tariq Mutlaq Al Mutlaq as a Chairman of the board of directors, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The cement producer's board of directors also formed the executive as well as the nomination & remuneration committees.

 

Additionally, the board's secretary and the company's representatives at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and the Capital Market Authority (CMA) were also named.
