Shareholders of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) on Jan. 30 rejected the offer of Saudi Arabia’s Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) on frequency reallocation outputs, the telco said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
