Al Mashaar REIT Fund posts SAR 25 mln profit in 2018

Al Mashaar REIT Fund’s net income stood at SAR 24.64 million for the period from Dec. 27, 2017 to Dec. 31, 2018, Muscat Capital said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
Net Asset Value (NAV) recorded SAR 582 million, while NAV per unit fair value reached SAR 10.29.
The fund reported SAR 14.98 million in total expenses and fees.
Issued units hit 57.2 million for the same period, the statement added.
