Taleem REIT’s net assets reach SAR 530 mln in 2018

The net assets value of Taleem REIT Fund reached SAR 530.38 million as of Dec. 31, 2018 based on the evaluator’s report of Olaat Real Estate and Valustrat, the fund manager Saudi Fransi Capital said in a bourse statement.
Net asset value per unit at the end of the period reached SAR 10.3997, the statement added.
The fund was first listed on Tadawul on May 30, 2017 with a size of SAR 510 million divided into 51 million units, according to data compiled by Argaam.
