Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) has agreed with Al-Safwa Cement Co. to terminate the agreement without any liabilities on both parties, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

Other deals could be concluded by the two companies going forward, the statement added.

 

On Feb. 27, SIECO signed a SAR 35 million agreement with the cement producer to export Portland cement and clinker, Argaam reported.
