Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. is set to launch two new projects in Jeddah and Dammam in 2019 and early 2020, said chairman Yousef Al Shelash on the sidelines of the Saudi Housing Finance Conference 2019.

 

"Dar Al Arkan has robust liquidity," Al Shelash added, "excluding current plans to issue sukuk."

 

"The new contracts determine the company's need to secure financing or issue sukuk," he noted.
