Almarai redeems SAR 1 bln sukuk

Almarai Co. announced today in a bourse filing that it has completely redeemed its SAR 1 billion sukuk – series I.

A total of 1,000 sukuk were issued on March 7, 2012.

The relevant financial impact will appear in earnings of Q1 2019.
