City Cement shareholders to vote on dividend for FY2018 April 4

City Cement Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a board recommendation to distribute a 4 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2018, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 4, 2019.
Shareholders will also vote on delegating the company’s board of directors to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on a quarterly or a semi-annual basis according the corporate law and the company’s financial position and cash flows.
