Chubb Arabia’s board of directors has recommended withholding cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

The decision aims to support the company’s future growth and maintain solvency margin.

 

The recommendation is subject to approval of the company’s general assembly, which will be determined later on.
