Al Moammar Information Systems Co. will today, March 21 close its initial public offering (IPO) for retail investors, which kick started on Sunday, March 17.

 

The company offered 4.8 million shares, with 10 percent of allocated for retail investors.

 

The offering price was set at SAR 45 per share.
