Shareholders of Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) on April 15 will vote on audited financial statements, board and audit reports for the fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.

 

Shareholders will also vote on discharging board members from liabilities during FY 2018.

 

Chemanol will also appoint an external auditor for the current fiscal year and Q1 2020, the statement added.
