Taleem REIT posts SAR 26 mln profit in FY 2018

Taleem REIT Fund posted a net profit of SAR 25.7 million for fiscal year 2018, fund manager Saudi Fransi Capital said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
The full-year expenses and fees totaled SAR 3.4 million.
Net assets stood at SAR 526.43 million by the end of 2018.
The number of total units amounted to 51 million, with a net value standing at SAR 10.3 per unit.
The return for the same period hit 6.29 percent, the statement added.
