United Electronics Co.'s (eXtra) shareholders will discuss on May 1 the paid cash dividend for H1 2018 at 7.5 percent of capital, or SAR 0.75 a share, totaling 31.500 million, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will approve the board of directors’ report, an audit report and all financial statements for 2018.

 

Additionally, shareholders will discharge board members from liability associated with their activities in 2018, and select an external auditor for 2019 and Q1 2020, the statement added.
