Shareholders of Saudi Public Transport Co (SAPTCO) on April 29 will vote on withholding dividends for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

They will also vote on the financial statements and the audit report for the same period.

 

Shareholders will also discuss the board report for the same fiscal year, board remuneration of SAR 1.8 million, and discharge board directors from liabilities during FY 2018.

 

An external auditor will be also appointed, the statement added.
