Arabian Cement approve 10% dividend for FY 2018

Arabian Cement Co.’s shareholders are have approved a 10 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2018, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that held on April 7, 2019.
Shareholders have also delegated the company’s board of directors to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on a quarterly or a semi-annual basis according the corporate law.
