Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2018 on April 25, 2019.

 

Shareholders of record on April 10, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Last month, the company’s board of directors recommended a 5 percent cash dividend at SAR 1 per share for the fourth quarter of 2018, according to data compiled by Argaam.
