Shareholders of Leejam Sports Co. on May 7 will vote on 18.31 percent cash dividend, which totaled SAR 95.9 million, for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.

 

Shareholders are also set to review the board and auditor’s reports, as well as financial statements for the same fiscal year.

 

Leejam will also appoint an external auditor for the current fiscal year and Q1 2020, the statement added.
