Mulkia REIT plans dividend for Q1 2019

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund will pay a 1.7 percent cash dividend for the first quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.17 per unit, amounting to SAR 10.2 million, the fund manager, Mulkia Investment Co., said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 1.72 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of March 31, 2019, the fund manager added.
