Alandalus approves 10% dividend for FY 2018

Alandalus Property Co.’s shareholders have approved a 10 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018, during the general assembly meeting held on April 28, 2019.
The dividend which amounts to SAR 70 million will be equally paid from earnings of 2018 and gains recognized on Al Ahli REIT (1) Fund’s IPO.
