L'Azurde for Jewelry Co. is looking to expand its operations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt going forward, chief executive Selim Chidiac told CNBC Arabia on Wednesday.

 

"L’Azurde will expand presence in the Saudi market through TOUS international brand, and will open more retail branches in Egypt," Chidiac said.

 

The jewelry manufacturer’s Q1 2019 results were solid, as the company reduced costs and invested in new technologies.

 

The company saw a steady increase in revenue and aims to maintain its strong performance over the coming quarters, he added.

 

L’Azurde's Q1 2019 net profit jumped 32 percent YoY to SAR 12 million, Argaam reported.
