National Medical Care Co.’s (CARE) board of directors has appointed Saad Al-Fadhli as chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

Al-Fadhli and Michael Davis were also appointed as representatives of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) effective on May 21, in place of Eyad Al Hussein and Ahmed Al-Humaidan.

 

The new appointments will be submitted to the upcoming general assembly meeting for approval, the statement added.

 

Al Fadhli is the chief executive officer of Hassana Investment Co. and Michael Davis is the chief operating officer of NMC Healthcare.
