Aljazira Capital has signed an agreement with H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co. Ltd. to rent a warehouse owned by Aljazira Mawten REIT Fund for five years starting from Sept. 1, 2019 until Aug. 31, 2024, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.

 

The warehouse is located in Jeddah while the contractual rent is SAR 1,000,530 per annum.

 

The financial impact of the deal will be reflected on Q3 2019 financials, the statement added.
