Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC) is working to repair electricity after massive blackouts in Jazan on Saturday due to bad weather conditions and storms.

 

"The power is being gradually restored across the province of Jazan," the state-owned firm said in a tweet, apologizing to residents for electricity service disruptions.

 

Last week, some areas of the Kingdom’s southern region (Jazan, Asir and Najran) saw a sudden power outage due to bad weather, Argaam reported.
