City Cement Co.’s shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on June 19, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Abdulaziz bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Badr Bin Omar Al Abdullatif, Majed Abdullrahman Nasir Al-Osailan, Mohammad Bin Saad Al Mojil, Mohammed H. Al-Zaeem, Omar Bin Hamad Al Mishal and Saleh Bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders have elected members of the audit committee for the same term.
