The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) suspended trading on shares of the National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) starting today, Tuesday, June 18, until it announces its fiscal results for the year ending March 31, the bourse said in a statement.

 

Thimar said on Monday that it postponed its first ordinary general assembly meeting on Sunday due to lack of quorum.

 

On May 12, the firm said it expected its financial statements to be delayed, as the external auditor didn’t receive the results of its affiliate Thimar Wasmi Co.
