Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. shareholders have approved financial statements, board's report, and the auditor's report for fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also discharged board members from liability for FY 2018, and appointed a new auditor for 2019 and Q1 2020.

 

Board bonuses at SAR 1.2 million for FY 2018 were also endorsed during the meeting.
