Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (SAICO) shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the new three-year term started on June 25, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Ahmad Bin Khaled Al-Saud, Abdulaziz Ali Abussaud, George S. Medawar, Khaled Saleh Al Khattaf and Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Helaissi.
