Al Mashaar REIT Fund posts SAR 12 mln profit in H1 2019

Al Mashaar REIT Fund’s net income stood at SAR 12.07 million for H1 2019, Muscat Capital said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
Net Asset Value (NAV) reached SAR 579.3 million, while per unit value hit SAR 10.12.
The fund reported SAR 7.19 million in total expenses and fees.
Total number of units in issue hit 57.2 million for the same period, the statement added.
