Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved amending bylaws during the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on Monday, Oct. 7, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The amended articles include those related to the company’s objectives, investments, conventions and contracts, assembly invitations, board committees and financial documents, the statement added.
