Tihama approves financial statements, board report

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s shareholders approved financial statements, along with board and auditor reports for fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, during the ordinary general meeting held yesterday, Sept. 28, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders discharged board members from liability for FY ending March 31, 2020. They also appointed a new auditor for FY ending March 31, 2021, and for the first quarter of the following fiscal year, the statement added.
