Al-Jouf Agricultural names new audit committee member

Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. announced the resignation of Ali Riyad Mohamed Al-Humaidan from the audit committee and the appointment of Rasheed bin Rashid in Saad Owain in his place till the end of the current term ending Mar. 21, 2021.
The resignation, submitted on Oct. 14, 2020, for personal reasons, is with immediate effect, the company said in a bourse statement.
The new appointment will come into effect following the approval of the upcoming ordinary general meeting.
