Allied Cooperative Insurance Group’s (ACIG) board of directors approved, on Nov. 29, the appointment of Nouf Saud El-Haqabani as chairman and Hussam Talal Ghazzawi as vice chairman of the board of directors.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the decision is effective from the date of its issuance until May 17, 2022, following the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) nod on these appointments.
