Al Alamiya Insurance shareholders to vote on dividend freeze for 2020 on July 6

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on withholding dividend for 2020, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated for July 6, 2021, the insurer said in a bourse filing.
Shareholders will also vote on board and auditor reports as well as financial statements for 2020.
They will also discuss appointing an external auditor to review financials of Q2, Q3, Q4 2021, and Q1 2022, discharging board members from liability for last year and approving business contracts with other companies, the statement added.
