Saudi Arabia Refineries Co.’s (SARCO) shareholders approved the formation of the audit committee and set its tasks for the upcoming three-year term starting June 15, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 15.

 

The committee members include Yasser bin Suleiman Al-Aqeel, Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Hoshan, and Basem bin Adnan Abu Al-Faraj.
