HSBC Saudi Arabia announced that HSBC MSCI Tadawul 30 Saudi ETF fund appointed Hamad Alwashmi and Rehab Alkhudair as non-independent fund board members, as of June 1, according to a bourse filing.

 

Accordingly, the board of directors, post reshuffle, will comprise Hamad Alwashmi (non-independent) as Chairman, Rehab Alkhudair (non-independent), and Ali Saleh Al Othaim, Tariq Saad Altuwaijri, and Abdulrahman Ibrahim Almodaimigh as independent members.
