Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) announced that its subsidiary, Kindasa Water Services Co. (Kindasa), signed on Oct. 4, a new five-year contract with Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani).

 

Under this contract, the company will continue its operations of the desalination plant in Jeddah Islamic Port with new terms and conditions, SISCO said in a bourse filing. 

 

The new contract will be effective from June 29, 2022. 

 

The financial and accounting impact of this contract on SISCO’s financial statements will be disclosed in due course following the audit process completion by external auditors.

 

There are no related parties to the contract.
