Al Hammadi extends agreement to acquire 35% of Sudair Pharmaceutical for 1 month

Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment extended the duration of the agreement to acquire 35% of Sudair Pharmaceutical Co. (SPC) for one month, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
The move does not have any financial impact.
In July, Al Hammadi signed an agreement to acquire Gulf Investment Corporation’s (GIC) 35% stake in SPC, Argaam earlier reported.
