Theeb Rent a Car appoints audit committee member

Theeb Rent a Car Co. announced that the board approved today, Dec. 20, the resignation of audit committee member Selim Chidiac (a non-executive board member), which was submitted on Dec. 6.
The resignation is effective from the approval date, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
The board also gave the go-ahead for appointing Ayman Ammar (a member from outside the board) as an audit committee member.
