CATRION signs SAR 200M catering services contract with Air Arabia

CATRION Catering Holding Co. signed on 15 Sept. a contract with Air Arabia, at an estimated value of SAR 200 million.

The five-year contract includes providing catering services and the right to sell food, beverages and other products onboard aircraft, in addition to certain logistics services for Air Arabia, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

The deal’s financial impact is expected to reflect on Q4 2026 results. There are no related parties to the contract, the statement noted.

The contract is part of CATRION's strategic plan to sustain its business and strengthen long-term partnerships with aviation-sector customers, support business growth and expand its operational services in line with its objectives of diversifying revenue sources and improving operational efficiency.
