Raydan Restaurants and Cuisines Co. said that the board of directors has accepted the resignations of two non-executive board members: Mishal Al Salmi and Nassar Al Salmi.

 

The resignations, submitted on May 22, 2017, were accepted on the same day and became effective on May 23, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
