The Saudization rate at Saudi Electricity Co.’s training institutes, scholarship programs, and efficiency enhancement plans has exceeded 90 percent, state-owned Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

 

Procedures implemented over the last few years to replace expatriates with citizens and enhance transparency put the Gulf's largest utility among the top five firms attracting nationals across the Kingdom, Saudi Electricity officials said.
